A 600 m² new-construction apartment building (Edificio B) on Carrer de Miquel Àngel Riera, Palma — three-storey stack with rooftop pergola.
One of two adjacent buildings on the same Palma street, delivered together. Edificio B reads as a clean three-storey stack with banded white balconies wrapping each floor.
Roof terrace with a fixed pergola gives the top floor the same outdoor depth as the lower units. Materials and detailing match Edificio A on the same site so the pair reads as a single intervention.
