Apartment House
A 750 m² new-construction apartment building on Carrer de Gumersindo, Palma — vertical glazing and balconied façade with a deep rear garden and pool.
Four-storey new-build with a strict vertical rhythm — full-height ribbon glazing splits the elevation into three calm bands, each balcony reading as a slim, recessed loggia.
The rear keeps a deep planted strip and a long pool against the boundary, screened by mature hedging. Quiet white render finish reads cleanly against the leafy street.
