The taller of two adjacent buildings on this Palma street, delivered together. Edificio A pushes a cleaner vertical with full-height ribbon glazing and recessed loggia balconies.
Detailing matches Edificio B on the same site so the pair reads as one intervention. Roof terrace returns the top floor's outdoor space.
