2. What we collect
Only what you send us: the fields on the contact form (name, phone, email, message), server logs limited to IP, user-agent, and timestamp for abuse prevention, and any follow-up correspondence you send.
3. Why we process it
To reply to your inquiry, to discuss your project, and — if you become a client — to contract with you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
4. How long we keep it
Inquiry data: 24 months after last contact, then deleted. Contract data: the retention period required by Spanish tax and civil law (typically 6 years for tax, up to 15 for contract warranty).
5. Who receives it
Only employees of UNO BAU S.L., our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., data stored in the EU), our email provider (Resend) for routing your inquiry to our inbox, and — once you accept the cookie banner — Google Ireland Ltd. for Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization. No advertising partners, no remarketing pixels, no cross-site profiling.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent — all free of charge. Email info@uno-bau.es with your request; we reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the AEPD (Spanish DPA, aepd.es).
7. Cookies
This site uses technically necessary cookies by default. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymization) are only loaded after you accept the consent banner shown on your first visit. We do not set any advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
