A 610 m² new-construction apartment building on Calle Geoleg Guillem Colom, Palma — stacked balconies and a private rear pool.
Four-storey new-build on a constrained urban plot. The mass is broken with deep, recessed balconies on the south façade so each unit gets a private outdoor room without overshadowing the unit below.
The shared rear yard gives over to a pool and small landscaped strip — proportioned to read residential rather than communal. White render and anthracite frames keep the elevation calm against the surrounding stock.
